- Rekha was unhappy with song pictured on Dimple Kapadia. She gave an ultimatum to the director to either remove the song or re shoot it with her and Dimple together. Deepak refused as this would ruin the film.
- While dubbing for the role of an old man in LADAAI, Mithun Charaborty tied a scarf tightly around his neck to get the desired effect in his voice.
- Mandakini had done the guest appearance in the film as a favor to the director and Aditya Panscholi. She did several other guest appearances for Aditya in films like Taqdeer ka tamasha and Zordaar. She would always have one song and two lines in these films. Even though she was paired romantically with Aditya she considered him her brother as he facially resembled her real life brother. She felt a bond to him due to this factor.
